INTRODUCTION

The animal nature of the human being is closely related to nature and its laws. Atmospheric weather can influence us more than we think.

Sudden changes can alter our emotions and thus our well-being. There are people who are more sensitive to climatic conditions. They are called “meteosensitive”. They are those people who feel discomfort, pain and ups and downs in mood because their body is more sensitive to time changes. They are able to perceive climate changes before others can perceive or feel them. Studies say that between 30% and 60% of the population could be meteosensitive, particularly affecting women (during menstruation and menopause) and older groups.

All people are affected by sudden and unexpected changes in the weather, but not in the same way, even some people are not influenced by it.

MY RECORDS

Day 1: This day the weather is cloudy and I am calm and serene.

I felt like that because I could listen to music and read a book without worrying about the heat. On top of that, the temperature was perfect for my body and I could relax as I wanted.

Day 2: This day the weather is sunny and the temperature is perfect. I am happy, optimistic and with energy.

I love this weather because it's perfect to do all the different activities, this allows me to see the positive side of life and makes me feel energetic, also wards off stress and tiredness.

Day 3: Today, I am relaxed, calm and peaceful and the weather is rainy.

The rainy weather makes me feel relaxed and calm because I can take naps while listening to music, or watching TV with my brothers all day. But sometimes it affects me in a negative way.

Day 4: The weather is windy and rainy. I am relaxed and calm.

I felt like that because I could spend time with my family. we were watching series and movies lying in bed and then took a nap.

Day 5 : The weather is rainy and windy and I am sad and melancholy.

This weather sometimes affects me and It just  makes  me feel lonely and moodless. The mere fact of seeing by window gives me a feeling of nostalgia that I can't explain and also the not being able to go out overwhelms me

Day 6: It's a new day and the weather is cold. The whole day has rained and the sky is gray. I feel confident and stable.

I felt like that because the cold made me feel in a neutral state where nothing bothered me, and I was able to perform various tasks with a lot of security.

Day 7: It's the last day of the week, the weather is cloud and I feel excited.

I felt like that because I played soccer with my brother in the street without heat that would annoy us.
